Josh Evans began his career attending New York Institute of Technology.  His love for designing homes led Josh to a major in architecture.  With the economic boom in the 90's, Josh became a trader, on Wall Street, of stocks, bonds, currency.  He soon became a manager of a desk of traders, and oversaw portfolios for institutional clients exceeding $40 million.  Josh's licenses include a Series 7, 24, 55, and 63.

As the economic boom cooled down, Josh went into the banking industry, soon becoming a mortgage broker, and then becoming a real estate agent.  All combined make Josh one dynamic power to have on your side.
